Artwork & Proof Information

The quality of your imprint begins with your artwork. There are a couple different ways to provide camera-ready art. The first option is to provide “slicks” which are:

Black & white line art on flat photographic paper.
600 dpi (or higher) laser prints.
Glossy, fine grain paper works better than matte copier paper.
Multi-color imprints: send black and white separations with registration marks for each color.
Always include a color composite.

Not usable: faxes, copies of faxes

Alterations made to your art that are necessary in order to meet our quality standards may delay your ship date and incur additional art charges.

The second option is to provide digital art. Digital Art can be sent to Monkey Marketing on a 3.5" disk, ZIP disk, CD-ROM or through e-mail. For the best results, create your art as vector art Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, save as an EPS (encapsulated postscript file), and convert your fonts to curves and CorelDraw and outlines in Adobe Illustrator.

· Include all files that have been placed, embedded, nested, or imported into your final layout. These images must have at least 600 dpi and in certain circumstances.
· Include all fonts (screen+printer) with your file.

Accepted software includes:

· Adobe Illustratorâ
